Farrer Kane & Co takes MIPIM
If the news agenda is anything to go by, 2025 is set to be a busy one and at Farrer Kane & Co we have hit the ground running with exciting new briefs and projects across the board as we enter the New Year.
We love nothing more than connecting with clients old and new and this year Farrer Kane & Co is sending three team members to Cannes for renowned international property and real estate conference, MIPIM.
Senior Account Director, Matthew Grundy, Senior Account Manager, William Dobinson, and Account Manager, Bronwen Roberts, will all be making their MIPIM debuts and heading down to Cannes from the 10th March.
From interest rate uncertainty, landmark construction cases and an overhaul of the planning system to house price fluctuation, new Business Safety measures and shifting demand for offices, PBSA and Later living assets – not to mention the evolving influence of sustainability and AI – as ever, the built environment is front and centre for our news agenda.
