Support for a client creating vibrant communities in central London

Soho Housing is a community-based housing association founded 50 years ago to sustain Soho and other central London locations as living communities, for people at all income levels. Soho Housing provides affordable homes, commercial lettings and excellent services for residents.

Soho Housing appointed us to deliver integrated communications support across events, media relations, social media, internal and crisis communications.

It’s a fascinating brief that sees us advising on communications for the breadth of Soho Housing’s stakeholders from residents and commercial tenants to developers and local authorities.

We’ve supported the team on major events, including the organisation’s 50th anniversary conference and exhibitions A Seat in Soho and At Home in Soho.

Working closely with the CEO we shaped a media relations campaign designed to shine a light on issues that matter to Soho Housing and its tenants, from how to balance the needs of local businesses and the residential community, to the cost of living crisis and the challenge of bringing historic housing to modern efficiency standards.
