Creating a voice for a new consumer finance brand
Ampla Finance Legal aimed to change the way people pay their legal fees by providing loans tailored to borrowers and repaid from legal settlements: replacing credit-card borrowing and short-term loans.
Ampla brought us on board to develop market position and launch the brand. Its first product financed legal costs for people going through divorce. Establishing brand recognition fast would be key – as the ‘no fault divorce’ bill was rapidly approaching Parliament.
We advised Ampla to speak directly to consumers, as well as to law firms and helped the firm crystalize its core messages and tone of voice. We then created content for the Ampla website and social channels, and designed and wrote a range of brochures, marketing materials and adverts. Direct, human and engaging our content set the firm apart from the rest of the market.
